We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Executive to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare operations and management, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the healthcare facility
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with department heads to streamline processes and improve overall operational performance
- Manage budget and financial planning for the facility
- Lead and mentor a team of operations staff to ensure high performance and employee satisfaction

Requirements:
