We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Operations Manager to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services and operations management, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all aspects of operations within the organization, including process improvement, resource management, and strategic planning
- Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Leading and motivating a team of operations staff to achieve departmental goals and objectives
- Collaborating with other departments, such as finance and compliance, to streamline processes and achieve overall business objectives
- Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence
- Managing relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure seamless operation of business functions
- Providing regular updates and reports to senior management on operational performance and key initiatives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management within the financial services industry
- Proven leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
