We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Officer to join our manufacturing company based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the manufacturing plant, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to streamline manufacturing processes
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production schedules and resource allocation
- Manage inventory levels and procurement processes to ensure timely production and delivery of products
- Supervise and mentor operations staff to maintain a high level of performance and morale
- Implement quality control measures to meet industry standards and customer expectations
- Monitor and manage operational budgets to control costs and maximize profitability
- Resolve any operational issues or conflicts in a timely and effective manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management within the manufacturing industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and performance
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
