We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Operations Program Manager to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our manufacturing operations program to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize manufacturing operations and achieve company goals.
- Lead and manage a team of operations managers and supervisors to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on the status of operations program initiatives and performance.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing operations programs to achieve business objectives.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to effectively engage and motivate team members.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
