We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Senior Partner to join our Real Estate team in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate law, transactions, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all real estate transactions and negotiations
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Provide expert advice and guidance on real estate law and regulations
- Manage a team of junior partners and associates
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth and profitability
- Stay current on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities
- Represent the firm at networking events, conferences, and industry seminars

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Real Estate, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in real estate law and transactions
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proven track record of successful business development and client management
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred
