We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Payroll Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll management within the manufacturing industry, with a minimum of 8 years of experience.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the entire payroll process for the organization, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all payroll transactions
- Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards
- Work closely with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll data and processes
- Handle all payroll-related queries and issues from employees, ensuring a high level of customer service
- Conduct regular audits of payroll data to identify and address any discrepancies or errors
- Stay up-to-date on changes in payroll regulations and laws in the UAE, and ensure that the organization remains compliant
- Lead and mentor a team of payroll professionals, providing guidance and support as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in payroll management, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and payroll regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office applications
