We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Payroll Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in payroll management, with experience in the agriculture industry being a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the payroll process for all employees within the organization
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including deductions, bonuses, and benefits
- Coordinate with HR and finance teams to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures to streamline processes and increase efficiency
- Handle any payroll-related inquiries or issues from employees
- Stay up-to-date with changes in labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- Prepare payroll reports for senior management as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- [X] years of experience in payroll management
- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and regulations
- Experience working in the agriculture industry is preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel
