We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Pharmacist to join our financial services team in Abu Dhabi. The Senior Pharmacist will be responsible for overseeing all pharmaceutical operations within the organization, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing high-quality pharmaceutical services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all pharmacy operations, including dispensing medication, compounding, and inventory management
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and insurance companies to ensure proper medication management and adherence
- Provide clinical guidance and support to other pharmacists and pharmacy technicians
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory standards
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of pharmacy operations to identify areas for improvement
- Educate and provide training to staff on pharmaceutical best practices and new developments in the field

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited institution
- Licensed Pharmacist in Abu Dhabi
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a clinical or retail pharmacy setting
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and industry standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software and Microsoft Office Suite
