We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Plant Manager to oversee the operations of our real estate properties in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility management, building maintenance, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the plant operations, including maintenance, safety, and budgeting
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the plant operations
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects and maintenance tasks
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including tenants, contractors, and regulatory agencies
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on plant performance, budgeting, and operational issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in plant management, preferably in the real estate industry
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven track record of successfully managing plant operations and implementing process improvements
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing plant operations in Dubai
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
