We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Plant Manager to oversee our Information Technology operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing IT infrastructure, systems, and personnel to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our plant.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the IT department, including network infrastructure, servers, software applications, and hardware devices
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and security
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address IT needs and opportunities for improvement
- Monitor and evaluate IT performance, making recommendations for enhancements and upgrades as necessary
- Ensure the timely resolution of IT issues and emergencies to minimize downtime and disruptions
- Stay current on industry trends and developments to inform decision-making and strategic planning

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 8 years of experience in IT management, with a proven track record of success
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in IT management and security
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks effectively
