### Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Plant Manager to oversee our educational manufacturing facility located in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plant operations, team leadership, and a passion for education. This role requires an individual who can ensure that our plant meets its production goals while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

### Key Responsibilities

- Operational Leadership: Direct and manage all plant operations, including production, quality assurance, maintenance, and logistics, to achieve operational excellence.

- Production Planning: Develop and implement production schedules to meet educational product demands while optimizing resource utilization.

- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of production staff, fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

- Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with educational standards and regulations, implementing quality control measures to maintain product integrity.

- Budget Management: Oversee budgeting and financial management for the plant, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

- Process Improvement: Utilize lean manufacturing principles to streamline operations, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.

- Supplier Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of materials and services.

- Safety Compliance: Promote a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations, conducting regular safety audits, and implementing necessary training programs.

- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on plant performance, production metrics, and improvement initiatives to senior management.

- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategic plans that align with the company’s goals and objectives within the educational sector.

### Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in plant management or a similar role, preferably in the education sector or a related manufacturing environment.

- Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.

- Proven track record of successfully leading teams and managing complex operations.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with diverse stakeholders.

- Proficiency in using plant management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
