We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Accountant to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry and possess strong financial acumen to effectively manage project budgets and financial performance.

Responsibilities:
- Manage project budgets and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting
- Monitor project financial performance and provide analysis to identify potential risks or opportunities
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure financial objectives are met
- Prepare financial reports, variance analysis, and ad-hoc financial analysis as required
- Oversee project invoicing and billing processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with contract terms
- Assist with project cost control and monitoring of expenses to optimize project profitability
- Participate in project meetings to provide financial insights and recommendations
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA or ACCA certification preferred
