Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Director to oversee all aspects of project management in our manufacturing facility based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading and managing large-scale manufacturing projects from conception to completion.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets in coordination with stakeholders
- Manage and supervise project teams, ensuring they are meeting project goals and deadlines
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
- Monitor and report on project progress to senior management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Identify and address any challenges or obstacles that may arise during the project lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with project management tools and software
- PMP certification is a plus
