We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Planner to join our telecommunications team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully planning and executing complex projects within the telecommunications industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets for telecommunications projects
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues
- Develop and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success
- Communicate project status updates to key stakeholders and senior management
- Provide guidance and support to project team members to ensure project objectives are met
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned for future projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or related field
- [X] years of experience in project planning within the telecommunications industry
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- PMP certification is a plus
