We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Purchasing Manager to join our team in Dubai, specializing in the agriculture industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement and purchasing within the agriculture sector, with a deep understanding of sourcing strategies, supplier management, and cost optimization.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement purchasing strategies for agricultural products, equipment, and services
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships
- Monitor market trends and pricing to ensure competitive advantage
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their purchasing needs and requirements
- Analyze and optimize procurement processes to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Lead a team of purchasing professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in the agriculture industry
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement software
- Knowledge of agricultural products and market dynamics
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
