We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Senior Purchasing Manager to join our retail team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the purchasing activities of the company, ensuring that all products are sourced at the best possible prices and meet the quality standards of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement purchasing strategies to optimize product sourcing and pricing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and contracts
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products and efficient inventory management
- Lead a team of purchasing professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives
- Conduct regular supplier audits and evaluations to ensure compliance with company standards and requirements
- Analyze purchasing data and develop reports to track key performance indicators and make data-driven decisions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management
- Proven track record of successfully managing purchasing activities in a retail environment
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with ERP systems and purchasing software
- Strong leadership and team management skills
