We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Engineer to join our telecommunications team in Dubai. As a Senior QA Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the quality assurance efforts for our telecommunications products and services.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures for telecommunications products and services
- Lead a team of QA engineers in testing and validating software applications, networks, and systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the development process
- Perform manual and automated testing of telecommunications products and services
- Identify and report bugs and issues, and work with the development team to resolve them
- Conduct performance and load testing to ensure products and services meet scalability and reliability requirements
- Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior QA engineers
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in quality assurance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- [Random number] years of experience in quality assurance in the telecommunications industry
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and techniques
- Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, JMeter, or similar
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
