We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior QA Specialist to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance within the manufacturing industry and will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure that products meet regulatory standards and customer requirements
- Conduct thorough inspections and audits of manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Monitor and analyze product performance data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement
- Lead internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Train and mentor junior QA specialists to develop their skills and knowledge in quality assurance practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Quality Management, Engineering, etc.)
- [X] years of experience in quality assurance within the manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of quality control processes and procedures
- Experience with ISO standards and regulatory requirements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Certification in quality assurance (e.g. CQA, Six Sigma) is a plus
