Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Specialist to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and control within the energy sector. This role will be pivotal in ensuring that our products and services meet the highest quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality systems and processes in line with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of processes, products, and services to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions to resolve quality issues.
- Lead quality assurance projects and initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, potential risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and deliver training programs for staff on quality standards, best practices, and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare detailed reports on quality performance, issues, and resolutions for management review.
- Act as the primary point of contact for quality-related inquiries and liaise with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and customers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the organization remains compliant and competitive.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 8 years of experience in quality assurance in the energy sector.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience in conducting audits, inspections, and quality assessments.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, CQE) will be an advantage.
