We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Real Estate Analyst to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Energy sector and possess a deep understanding of the real estate market in the region.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the Energy real estate sector
- Develop financial models and projections to evaluate investment opportunities and provide recommendations to senior management
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making and drive business growth
- Monitor and track real estate market developments, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate analysis, preferably in the Energy sector
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
