We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Real Estate Analyst to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Senior Real Estate Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth analysis of real estate investment opportunities, market trends, and financial performance to support strategic decision-making within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis of real estate investment opportunities, including cash flow projections, return on investment calculations, and risk assessment.
- Perform due diligence on potential real estate acquisitions, including analyzing market conditions, property valuations, and legal documentation.
- Develop detailed investment memos and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Monitor and track the financial performance of existing real estate investments, identifying opportunities for value enhancement and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including asset management, development, and finance, to support the execution of real estate investment strategies.
- Stay informed on market trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices to provide strategic insights and recommendations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate analysis, investment banking, or financial services.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools.
