Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Real Estate Analyst to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi, focusing on the Transportation and Logistics sector. The successful candidate will play a critical role in analyzing real estate opportunities, conducting market research, and providing strategic insights that will guide our investment decisions and project developments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the Transportation and Logistics real estate sector.
- Prepare detailed reports on market conditions, competitive landscapes, and demographic trends that impact real estate investments.

2. Financial Modeling:
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate the feasibility of potential real estate projects, including cash flow projections, investment returns, and sensitivity analyses.
- Assist in the preparation of investment memorandums and presentations for stakeholders.

3. Site Evaluation:
- Perform site assessments and due diligence for potential acquisitions or developments, including zoning analysis, environmental impact assessments, and transportation accessibility evaluations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess site suitability for logistics and transportation operations.

4. Strategic Planning:
- Support the development of strategic real estate plans that align with corporate goals and objectives.
- Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing existing portfolios and identifying potential divestitures.

5. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Liaise with various stakeholders, including internal teams, external consultants, and local authorities, to gather data and insights relevant to real estate projects.
- Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to senior management and other key decision-makers.

6. Project Management:
- Assist in the coordination and management of real estate projects from inception through completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

7. Regulatory Compliance:
- Stay informed about local real estate regulations, zoning laws, and compliance requirements related to Transportation and Logistics.
- Ensure all analyses and recommendations are compliant with applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Urban Planning, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., MRICS, CFA) is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 8 years of experience in real estate analysis, with a focus on the Transportation and Logistics sector.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and other relevant software tools.
- Excellent research and quantitative analysis abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex information clearly and concisely.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s real estate market and regulatory environment is highly desirable.
