We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant specializing in Information Technology, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and interviewing top IT professionals to fill a variety of roles within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles
- Build and maintain a strong network of IT professionals and industry contacts
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Provide guidance and support to junior recruitment consultants as needed
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on Information Technology
- Proven track record of successfully filling IT roles in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software
