We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Release Manager to join our construction team in Abu Dhabi. The Senior Release Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing the release of software and applications within our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement release plans, schedules, and strategies for software and applications in construction projects
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful release of software
- Ensure that release processes are followed and that all necessary quality checks are completed
- Manage release documentation and communicate release status to stakeholders
- Identify and address any issues or risks that may impact the release process
- Continuously improve release processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Lead and mentor a team of release managers and coordinators

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in release management or related roles in the construction industry
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and release management best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Experience with release management tools and technologies
- Project management certification (e.g. PMP) is a plus
