We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Release Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The Senior Release Manager will be responsible for overseeing the release management process for our educational organization, ensuring the successful deployment of software and updates across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement release management policies, processes, and procedures to ensure efficient and effective software deployments
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan and schedule releases, including defining release scope and objectives
- Manage release activities, including release planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting
- Conduct risk analysis and mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions during the release process
- Collaborate with development, testing, and operations teams to ensure smooth and timely releases
- Evaluate release tools and technologies to enhance release management capabilities
- Continuously improve release management practices to optimize efficiency and quality of releases

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

- Strong understanding of release management principles and best practices
- Proven experience managing complex software release cycles in a fast-paced environment
