We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Reliability Engineer to join our manufacturing team in Abu Dhabi. The Senior Reliability Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and safety of our manufacturing processes and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reliability engineering, maintenance strategies, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement reliability engineering programs to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime
- Conduct reliability analyses to identify potential failure modes and develop mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement predictive and preventive maintenance programs
- Lead root cause analysis investigations for equipment failures and implement corrective actions
- Monitor equipment performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance reliability
- Develop and maintain equipment maintenance plans and schedules
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement through reliability initiatives
- Provide technical support and training to maintenance teams on reliability best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

- Strong knowledge of reliability engineering principles and methodologies
- Proficiency in reliability analysis tools and techniques
- Experience with predictive maintenance technologies such as vibration analysis, thermal imaging, and oil analysis
