We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Reliability Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and availability of our financial services systems and applications. This role requires a deep understanding of software and hardware reliability engineering principles, as well as a strong background in troubleshooting and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain reliability engineering practices for our financial services systems and applications
- Conduct root cause analysis of system failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address reliability issues
- Develop and maintain monitoring tools and processes to proactively identify potential issues
- Lead efforts to automate repetitive tasks and improve overall system reliability
- Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical incidents

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or Bash
