### Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Reliability Engineer to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi, dedicated to enhancing the reliability and performance of our energy systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reliability engineering, with a focus on energy production and infrastructure. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to critical projects that impact the efficiency and safety of our operations.
### Key Responsibilities:
- Reliability Analysis: Conduct detailed reliability assessments and analyses of energy systems and components using methodologies such as Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Data Management: Collect, analyze, and interpret reliability data to identify trends, root causes of failures, and opportunities for improvement. Utilize statistical tools and software for predictive analytics.
- Maintenance Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and optimize maintenance strategies that enhance system uptime and performance while minimizing costs.
- Risk Management: Assess risks associated with system failures and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in reliability engineering.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in reliability performance, championing a culture of proactive maintenance and operational excellence across the organization.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to ensure alignment on reliability goals and strategies. Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians.
- Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations on reliability metrics, findings, and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
- Project Management: Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring reliability considerations are integrated into all phases of project development and implementation.
### Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field). A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE)) is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in reliability engineering, specifically within the energy sector. Experience in oil and gas, renewable energy, or power generation is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in reliability analysis tools and software (e.g., Weibull analysis, Monte Carlo simulation), and a strong understanding of predictive maintenance technologies.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information effectively to diverse audiences.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
