We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Research Manager to join our pharmaceutical research team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical research, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee a team of researchers in designing and conducting experiments, analyzing data, and reporting findings
- Develop and implement research strategies to support the development of new pharmaceutical products
- Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the success of research projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of research efforts
- Manage research budgets and resources effectively to meet project timelines and goals
- Communicate research findings and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in research processes and methodologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, Master's or PhD preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical research, with a proven track record of success
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards in pharmaceutical research
