Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Research Manager to lead our research initiatives in the Information Technology sector. Key Responsibilities:

- Research Strategy Development: Design and implement research strategies that align with organizational goals and technological advancements. Identify key areas of opportunity for research and development within the IT landscape.

- Project Management: Lead and manage multiple research projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Coordinate project timelines, resources, and team members effectively.

- Data Analysis and Interpretation: Analyze complex data sets to extract meaningful insights and trends. Utilize various analytical tools and methodologies to present findings in a clear and actionable manner.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including academic institutions and industry organizations, to enhance research initiatives. Present research outcomes and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.

- Innovation and Best Practices: Stay abreast of the latest developments in information technology and research methodologies. Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging the exploration of new ideas and best practices within the research team.

- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior researchers and analysts, fostering their professional development and ensuring a high level of performance within the team. Promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

- Budget Management: Oversee research budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for research activities while maintaining cost-effectiveness.

- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing research findings, methodologies, and implications for business strategy. Ensure all research documentation is thorough and accessible for future reference.

Qualifications:

- Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in research management, preferably within the IT sector.
- Strong knowledge of current technology trends, market dynamics, and research methodologies.
- Proven experience in project management, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Excellent analytical skills with a strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience in mentoring and developing team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
