We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Resource Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The Senior Resource Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of resource management within our transportation and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement resource management strategies to ensure optimal utilization of resources
- Monitor and analyze resource usage and availability to identify potential bottlenecks and inefficiencies
- Collaborate with project managers and department heads to align resource allocation with project timelines and goals
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of resources
- Implement best practices and tools for resource planning, tracking, and reporting
- Lead a team of resource management professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments of resource management processes to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- At least 5-8 years of experience in resource management within the transportation and logistics industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing resources in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in resource management software and tools
