We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Resource Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in resource management within the consumer goods industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement resource management strategies to optimize workforce productivity and efficiency
- Monitor and forecast resource needs based on project requirements and business objectives
- Collaborate with project managers and department heads to allocate resources effectively and ensure project success
- Identify and address resource constraints and conflicts in a timely manner
- Analyze and report on resource utilization and performance metrics
- Lead and mentor a team of resource management professionals

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in resource management, preferably in the consumer goods industry
- Strong understanding of workforce planning, capacity management, and resource allocation
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in resource management software and tools
