We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Resource Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a background in Financial Services and a proven track record of effectively managing resources within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement resource management strategies to optimize resource utilization and allocation across various projects and departments
- Collaborate with project managers and department heads to identify resource needs and allocate resources accordingly
- Monitor resource utilization and forecast future resource requirements based on project timelines and deliverables
- Work closely with HR to ensure that the organization has the right talent in place to meet current and future business needs
- Provide regular reports and updates on resource utilization, capacity, and performance to senior management
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies in resource management practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in resource management, preferably in the Financial Services industry
- Strong understanding of project management principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and resource management tools
