We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Risk Analyst to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing industry in Sharjah. The Senior Risk Analyst will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and managing risks within the organization to ensure the company's financial and operational stability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities within the organization
- Develop and implement risk management strategies and policies to mitigate identified risks
- Monitor and evaluate risk management processes and procedures to ensure effectiveness and compliance with industry regulations
- Provide guidance and support to management on risk-related matters and recommend appropriate actions to minimize risks
- Analyze data and trends to identify emerging risks and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement risk management initiatives and drive continuous improvement
- Prepare risk reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- At least 5-8 years of experience in risk management, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex information effectively to diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Professional certifications such as FRM or PRM are a plus
