We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Risk Analyst to join our Information Technology team in Sharjah. The Senior Risk Analyst will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks within the organization's IT infrastructure and systems. This individual will work closely with various departments to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct risk assessments and identify potential threats to the organization's IT systems
- Develop and implement risk management strategies and processes
- Monitor and analyze security incidents, vulnerabilities, and threats
- Recommend and implement security measures to protect the organization's data and systems
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the organization's risk profile
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in risk management and cybersecurity
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT risk analysis and management
- Strong knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and tools
- Experience with regulatory compliance requirements, such as GDPR and ISO/IEC 27001
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant certifications, such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), are a plus
