We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Safety Engineer to join our pharmaceutical company in Sharjah. The Senior Safety Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and implementing safety programs to ensure a safe working environment for all employees within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures in compliance with local and international regulations.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and risks in the workplace.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop safety training programs and ensure all employees are properly trained on safety protocols.
- Investigate accidents, near misses, and other safety incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor and analyze safety data to identify trends and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay current on industry best practices and make recommendations for updates to safety programs as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
- [X] years of experience in a safety engineering role within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Professional certifications such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Occupational Health and Safety Technician (OHST) are preferred.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards, particularly within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
