We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Safety Engineer to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in safety engineering, risk assessment, and compliance with industry regulations in the consumer goods sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement safety programs and policies to ensure a safe working environment for all employees
- Conduct risk assessments and recommend safety measures to mitigate potential hazards
- Monitor and evaluate safety procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with local and international regulations
- Investigate incidents and accidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions
- Provide safety training and guidance to employees at all levels of the organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement safety initiatives and improve overall safety performance
- Stay current on industry best practices and trends in safety engineering

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in safety engineering in the consumer goods industry
- Knowledge of local and international safety regulations and standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent certification is a plus
