We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Scientist to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agriculture and a passion for research and innovation in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage research projects related to agriculture, including crop production, soil health, pest management, and sustainable farming practices
- Design and conduct experiments to test hypotheses and develop new technologies for improving agricultural productivity
- Analyze data and prepare reports for publication in scientific journals and presentations at conferences
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement research projects that address key challenges in the agriculture sector
- Mentor and supervise junior scientists and research staff
- Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in agricultural science and technology

Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in Agriculture, Agronomy, Plant Science, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in agricultural research and development
- Strong background in experimental design, data analysis, and scientific writing
- Experience with molecular biology techniques, biotechnology, and precision agriculture is a plus
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and lead a team
