We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Scientist to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consumer goods and product development, with a focus on innovation and research.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage research and development projects in the consumer goods industry
- Develop new products and improve existing products to meet consumer needs and market trends
- Conduct experiments, analyze data, and interpret results to drive product innovation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches
- Stay current on industry trends, technology advancements, and regulatory requirements
- Mentor and train junior scientists and researchers
- Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management

Requirements:
- Master's or Ph.D. in Chemistry, Food Science, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in consumer goods research and development
- Strong background in product formulation, sensory evaluation, and quality control
- Excellent project management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in data analysis and statistical software
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
