We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Service Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. As a Senior Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and solutions to our clients in the Information Technology sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing and resolving technical issues in a timely manner
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
- Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring maximum uptime and reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and solutions
- Conduct regular system audits and security assessments
- Provide training and guidance to junior service engineers

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Solid understanding of networking, server administration, and cloud technologies
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
