We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Service Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The Senior Service Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our retail equipment and systems, ensuring that they are functioning efficiently and effectively to support our operations.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of service engineers and technicians to diagnose and resolve technical issues with retail equipment and systems
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize equipment lifespan
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure spare parts and tools as needed for repairs
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of equipment to identify potential issues and address them proactively
- Provide technical support and training to staff on proper usage and maintenance of equipment
- Collaborate with other departments to implement new technologies and systems to improve efficiency and performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
