We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Service Technician to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and repair work, with a focus on providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular maintenance inspections of properties to identify and address any issues
- Perform repairs and upgrades to properties as needed, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other systems
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of projects
- Respond to service calls and emergencies in a timely manner
- Keep detailed records of all maintenance and repair work completed
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants and property owners
- Train and mentor junior service technicians as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance and repair techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability to work nights and weekends as needed
