Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Service Technician to join our dynamic team in the construction sector. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of construction equipment and systems, with a strong focus on providing exceptional service and support to our clients. As a Senior Service Technician, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our construction machinery and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct diagnostic assessments and troubleshoot issues on a wide range of construction equipment, including but not limited to excavators, bulldozers, cranes, and other heavy machinery.
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and overhauls on construction machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to understand equipment needs and provide timely technical support.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, repairs, and maintenance schedules for all equipment.
- Provide on-site training and guidance to junior technicians and apprentices, fostering a culture of learning and skill development.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and equipment advancements to enhance service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices at all times, promoting a safe working environment.
- Assist in the procurement and inventory management of spare parts and tools required for service operations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and technical support.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Service Technician in the construction industry, with a minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 8 years of relevant experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction equipment and machinery.
- Certification in relevant technical fields (e.g., mechanical engineering, automotive technology) is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical clients.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for equipment troubleshooting.
- A valid UAE driving license is required.
