We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Solution Architect to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Senior Solution Architect in the Aerospace and Defense industry, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex solutions that meet the specific needs and requirements of our clients in the sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of end-to-end technical solutions for Aerospace and Defense projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, developers, and project managers, to design and deliver innovative solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and expertise to junior architects and team members.
- Conduct thorough analysis of client needs and business objectives to develop customized solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies to recommend improvements and enhancements to existing solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in solution architecture, preferably in the Aerospace and Defense industry.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies, enterprise architecture, and system integration.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with software development methodologies and tools.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex solutions within budget and timeline constraints.
