We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sourcing Manager to join our team in Dubai within the Financial Services industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement and strategic sourcing, with a proven track record of managing supplier relationships and driving cost savings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize costs and drive value for the organization
- Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing agreements
- Manage supplier relationships and performance, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements
- Identify and onboard new suppliers, conducting thorough due diligence and vetting processes
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements
- Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
- Analyze and report on key sourcing metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement
- Lead cross-functional teams on sourcing projects and initiatives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or vendor management
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence key stakeholders
- Experience working in the Financial Services industry is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sourcing software
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
