We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Sourcing Manager to join our team based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing and procurement within the consumer goods industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to meet company objectives
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish relationships
- Manage supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality standards
- Analyze market trends and make recommendations for cost savings and process improvements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive sourcing initiatives and projects
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to sourcing activities
- Stay current on industry best practices and market trends

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in sourcing and procurement, preferably within the consumer goods industry
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record of delivering cost savings and process improvements
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sourcing software
