We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Sourcing Manager to join our dynamic team in the education sector in Dubai. The Senior Sourcing Manager will be responsible for leading the sourcing and procurement activities for the organization, ensuring cost-effective and efficient sourcing strategies are implemented.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize costs and enhance value for the organization
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive sourcing projects and initiatives
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their sourcing needs and requirements
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures
- Manage the sourcing team and provide guidance and support as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in sourcing and procurement, preferably in the education sector
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software
