About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Speech Pathologist to join our dynamic team in the financial services sector. This role will focus on providing specialized speech therapy services to our clients, aiding them in communication skills essential for their professional interactions and client engagements. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in speech-language pathology, with a keen understanding of the unique demands of the financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients’ speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that align with the specific needs of clients within the financial services sector.
- Collaborate with financial advisors, team leaders, and other professionals to enhance communication strategies and improve client interactions.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients, focusing on enhancing their verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
- Utilize evidence-based practices and current research to inform therapy techniques and interventions.
- Offer training and workshops to staff and clients on effective communication strategies, public speaking, and presentation skills.
- Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in speech pathology and related technologies to continually enhance service delivery.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to the overall goals of the organization.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Valid certification and licensure to practice as a Speech Pathologist in the UAE.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in speech-language pathology, with at least 2 years in a corporate or financial services environment.
- Proven experience in working with clients from diverse backgrounds, particularly in high-stakes, professional settings.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with financial terminology and the unique communication needs of professionals in the financial services industry is a plus.
- Proficient in using teletherapy platforms and digital tools for remote assessments and therapy sessions.
