We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Staff Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Senior Staff Engineer in the education sector, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of engineering projects within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of engineers and technical staff to ensure the successful completion of projects
- Develop and implement engineering strategies and plans to support the organization's goals and objectives
- Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in engineering processes and technologies
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of engineering projects with overall organizational objectives
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and staff members
- Keep abreast of industry trends and developments to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of engineering innovation
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the execution of engineering projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
- Professional engineering certification/license preferred
- Strong project management skills and experience overseeing complex engineering projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools
