We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Staffing Consultant to join our team in Dubai, specializing in the pharmaceutical industry. The Senior Staffing Consultant will be responsible for managing the full cycle of recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and onboarding new hires.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the pharmaceutical industry
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment plans accordingly
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment agencies
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and staffing

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
